Here are some of the questions that we've frequently received from clients regarding our company, rates, services and workflow. If your inquiry is not included here, please feel free to email us so we can hear from you and reply promptly. Thanks.

1. I understand that you are a wedding photography studio, do you offer video packages too?

Nope, not anymore. We are specializing in wedding photography now because we've realized this is where we really excel at. Not that we suck at it, but we want to give our clients the undivided quality of photography and service that we can possibly give.

2. Where did you go to school to learn photography?
It's so sad that there are not a lot of schools teaching professional photography when it's totally a different kind of discipline and profession. We are self-taught photography professionals because our work tells us so. We believe in the quality of our work and the professionalism of our service. But, as far as learning is concerned, we are very much thankful to the brave men and women in the world wide web who has been our incidental teachers and mentors - selflessly sharing their skills, talents and even workflows to everybody. We are always actively checking out online forums, websites and blogs to keep us abreast with latest trends in the business. These people are our inspiration.

3. Why are you more expensive than other shops in Bohol?
Actually, we do not compare our prices with local Bohol pricing. We build our own packages and set our own rates based on our valuation of work. And we VALUE our work a lot. Not only is this a job for us but a passion, our joy. We really do take our time and effort to provide our clients with the best wedding photos we can produce.

4. Do you have a photography studio?
We don't have a permanent studio. We have a small shop located at this address but it is only to receive clients. We chose not to invest in a studio since we prefer to have our shoots on locations. At Fotomoments, we tend to think that "the world is our studio". We want to go out and shoot at the beach, in the forests, on the streets or at your home. We do have portable lights/gear to bring with us wherever we go to shoot, however.

5. What is the "Service Only" package? Is that an additional charge on top the regular packages?
The "Service Only" Package is a different package altogether. If in case you need photography for your wedding day only and won't need us to produce your prints, albums or framed portraits, we can work for you "service only" or "labor only". This package is especially helpful for couples who are not staying long in Bohol and are leaving a few days after the wedding to minimized hassle. The Raw Photos CD/DVD will be available in a week after the wedding upon request. The files are in JPEGs not in RAW files by the way.

6. Do you require clients to include you in the guest list and reserve dinner seats for you?
It wouldn't be Filipino courtesy to leave a mouth unfed at weddings, is it? So we've done the honor of inviting ourselves to the buffet table. In the contract, we require food and transportation for our crew (at least 3 persons).
